Blanco, Reposado & Añejo
Blanco, Reposado and Añejo have the same basic notes, given by the lands that are watered by the seasonal rains and the underground aquifers that run through this zone. Six months of resting give the Reposado strong palate and nose, letting cheerfulness and frankness of Blanco linger. Great personality and maturity are the principal characteristics of the Añejo, given by the twelve months resting in the well known white oak barrels, brought from Kentucky. JR, the tradition of Los Generales, being Don Jaime Rosales’ most ancient recipe.
